Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Konecto during the private beta. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully.

Fees

Free and registration-only events carry no Konecto fee. Paid tickets carry a per-ticket fee published at launch. Modules are charged per event at the prices shown when you enable them. Organisation-wide plans are agreed in writing.

Payments

Ticket payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the organiser's Stripe account. Konecto does not hold ticket money.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the events you run and the data you collect, including obtaining appropriate consent from attendees.

Branding

The "powered by Konecto" mark appears on checkout, ticket emails and the attendee app on every plan.

Beta

During the beta, features may change. We will tell organisers before changes that affect live events.
