Konecto is built so organisers can meet their GDPR obligations.

Roles

The organiser is the data controller. Konecto is the data processor for event and attendee data.

Consent

Registration forms include a mandatory, configurable consent field, stored with each submission. Attendees opt in separately to a public card, messaging, communities and each sponsor lead share.

Rights

Attendees can export and delete their data in the attendee app. Organisers can export and delete event data. Event deletion purges attendee data within 30 days.

A data processing agreement is available to every organiser on request at hello@konec.to.
