Takedown and Removal Requests

Konecto Discovery is a what's-on guide that links every listing back to where you book. If a listing of yours appears and you want it changed or gone, we make that simple and we act quickly.

Last updated 14 October 2026.

Who can ask

The organiser or venue the listing is about, a rights holder, the source of the data, or anyone named in it. We may ask you to confirm you act for the organiser, usually by replying from an address on their domain.

How to ask

Email takedown@konec.to with:

  1. the link to the listing on discovery.konec.to, or the name, date and venue;
  2. what you want: removal, correction, or that we never list your events;
  3. who you are and how you are connected to the event;
  4. for rights claims, what you own and why a listing infringes it.

You can also write to hello@konec.to. There is no fee and no account needed.

What happens next

  • Within 1 working day we acknowledge your request.
  • Within 24 hours of acknowledging a valid request we remove or correct the listing. For a clear request from the organiser or venue we remove it first and ask questions afterwards.
  • Removed listings go on a block list, so the same event or source cannot come back at the next refresh. If you ask us never to list your events, we block the whole organiser, venue or website.
  • We tell you when it is done. We keep a short record of the request and the action, without keeping the listing's content.

Takedown from a partner or ticketing source

Some listings come from official data providers whose terms require us to remove data on request. Those requests are honoured within 24 hours as well, and the provider's own process also applies.

Correcting a listing instead

If a date, price or link is wrong, tell us and we fix it, or we correct it at the source. Organisers who use Konecto to sell tickets can also edit their own event from the organiser app.

If you disagree with our decision

Reply to the email and a second person will review it. This does not affect your legal rights. For personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

How our crawler behaves is described on the KonectoBot page. See also the Privacy Policy.
