This summary explains how Konecto handles personal data. It is written plainly and is not a substitute for the full agreement provided to organisers.

What we store

We store what is needed to run events: organiser account details, organisation settings, event data, orders and tickets. Attendee data is held on behalf of the organiser. If an attendee sets up a Konecto card, their card, connections and chats belong to them.

How we use it

We use data to operate Konecto. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use attendee data for Konecto marketing.

Where it lives

Data is hosted in the European Union.

Your controls

Organisers can export and delete their data. Deleting an event purges its attendee data within 30 days. Attendees can export and delete their own card, connections and chats at any time in the attendee app.
