Paid tickets? Pok handles it.
When you sell tickets, attendees pay through Pok — our regulated payment partner that processes the card directly into your merchant account. Konecto adds nothing on top of Pok's standard merchant rate.
Funds are held securely in your Konecto account. There is no platform fee, no commission, no escrow.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Konecto is free for every organiser during the launch programme, and permanently free for schools, universities, non-profits, and public-sector bodies. We don't ask for a card to sign up.
What if I sell tickets?
Pok charges the standard merchant rate set by the bank — paid to Pok, not to Konecto. The money lands in your merchant account; Konecto never touches it.
Are there limits on events or attendees?
No. Run as many free events as you like, with as many attendees as you need. The page builder, email campaigns, and analytics scale without caps.
Will pricing change later?
We may introduce paid plans for advanced organisers in the future, but the current free tier covers schools, universities, public-sector, community groups, and non-profits — and that won't change.
Do I need a Pok account?
Only if you sell paid tickets. Free events don't need any payment processor. You can connect Pok later from the dashboard when you're ready.
